Division of Parks and Recreation Reviewer Guidelines

The Division of Parks and Recreation is the primary reviewer for Conservation Tax Credit applications where the donation is to serve a public benefit that is useful for Conservation of Predominantly Natural Parkland, and one of the primary reviewers for applications that involve Public Access to Public Waters or Trails. The Division of Parks and Recreation also assists in the review of applications for the Conservation of Natural or Scenic River Areas as those terms are used in G.S. 113A-34.
